Fresh Pasta with Spring Vegetable Ragu

Give in to temptation…

This vegetarian pasta dish, a true celebration of springtime direct from the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market just down the block from Michael’s, will have even the most dedicated meat-eaters swooning! We start with delicate ribbons of fresh handmade pasta. Then comes spring’s bounty: fresh peas, fava beans, shimeji mushrooms, pee wee potatoes, and pea tendrils, all united by a rich yet delicate cream sauce. Over the top, we freshly shave Parmesan and sprinkle on the chives. You’ve got to try this at Michael’s Santa Monica while spring is still here!
