A celebration of the light, bright, fresh fruit flavors of springtime, this dessert from the kitchen of Michael’s New York tastes as delightful as it looks. Our kiwi yogurt cake begins with a short-dough cookie base, which is then layered with apricot jam and yellow sponge cake.  On the very top goes a sublime kiwi-yogurt mousse, subtly sweet and utterly exotic, and a glistening kiwi glaze. Alongside it goes a quenelle of strawberry frozen yogurt, topped with a crispy slice of a dehydrated strawberry. Jewel-like pieces of kiwi and droplets of fresh strawberry coulis garnish the plate. The effect is utterly enchanting. Don’t miss it!
