This new salmon presentation from the kitchen of Michael’s New York satisfies spectacularly.  Our Scottish salmon is the most beautiful product available, abounding not only in flavor but also in heart-healthy omega-3 fats. We serve a perfectly seared fillet on a bed of red cabbage braised with apples and bacon—savory, sweet, and tart in a single bite. Beneath it all, surrounded by a drizzle of basil oil, is a grainy mustard sauce that pulls it all together superbly. Enjoy this seasonal kaleidoscope of flavors!

    This looks delicious. I am excited to come to the New Michael’s tonight. I am hosting a going away dinner for a friend. Looking forward to my 6pm reservation!
