Big flavors in high contrast!

What a pairing! Burrata is mozzarella’s creamy cousin—but you knew that already. You may be less familiar with peperonata, a colorful, flavorful, savory-sweet tangle of roasted bell peppers and onions, which we prepare in the kitchen of Michael’s New York and are now pairing with that dreamy cheese in a dish you’ll want to shared with your table at the start of lunch or dinner—or maybe just keep for yourself to enjoy every last drop!
