We are so thrilled to offer these amazing onion rings on our new menu at Michael’s New York—and we thing you’re going to find them the most exceptional, flavorful, crispy, elegant,  battered fried onions you’ve ever had. We start with beautifully sweet, crispy Vidalia onions, which we slice thick, separate into rings, and coat in a batter made with Bass Ale. Deep-fried to deep golden-brown perfection, they arrive at your table hot, crunchy, and lightly sprinkled with sea salt. Be prepared to share! (Or not!)
