Our chefs at Michael’s have truly mastered the fine art of preparing risotto, as evidenced by this fine new example from the menu of Michael’s New York. It always arrives at your table piping hot, with the most perfect creamy, al dente texture. For this version, we use some of our absolute favorite ingredients, including beautiful wild mushrooms and imported Parmesan. The flavor is earthy and altogether delicious. As a final amazing touch, just before the dish heads for your table we nestle a beautiful organic egg yolk on the next of rice, and garnish with micro greens and chives. Dig in!
