Come in as soon as possible to try a Michael’s New York take on clafoutis, a classic French dessert loved the world over—warm, comforting, and rich without being heavy. Diane, our pastry chef extraordinaire, mixes Hudson Valley apples into the yolk-and-cream custard and bakes it all in individual ramekins to a perfect texture. On top of each warm-from-the-oven serving goes a scoop of  freshly churned brown sugar ice cream. The combination is divine.
