Check out that golden crust!

Our guests love scallops and so do we! Executive chef Kyung Up Lim has truly mastered the preparation of these beauties from the sea. We start with the most beautiful dayboat scallops, fresh as can be from Maine, and sear them to utter perfection. We serve them on a bed of spinach with a fresh and bright Thai vinaigrette. It’s a perfect dish to share—or keep to yourself—for lunch or dinner.
