These little delights from the kitchen of Michael’s New York are pure dining indulgence. Beautiful, briny, freshly shucked oysters are quickly coated in a light, delicate batter, deep-fried to perfection, and then set aswim on a sea of silken lemon butter. Grapefruit segments, delicate chives, and a drizzle of emerald-green herb oil finish an impeccable, delicious plate.
