Our guests at Michael’s New York can’t get enough of this perfectly balanced hamachi sashimi, an impeccable combination of flavors, textures, and colors from the talented imagination of executive chef Kyung Up Lim. Fresh raw hamachi (yellowtail) is garnished with pickled jalapeño, radishes, salmon roe, and a bright-tasting yuzu vinaigrette. Dig in!
