Chocolate and coffee make up one of the great flavor combinations, and the duo finds a perfect presentation—deep, rich, and absolutely indulgent—in this dessert from Michael’s Santa Monica. Our pastry chef whips up an incredible chocolate espresso tart that is absolutely luscious, smooth, and subtly flavored. A dollop of crème fraîche and a scoop of freshly brewed coffee ice cream.
