Need more vegetables in your diet? So do we. That’s why we have created the most elegant vegetarian appetizer—one that meat-eaters will also enjoy—for our guests at Michael’s New York. We roast or pickle an assortment of autumn and winter vegetables—including squashes, carrots, and turnips—to achieve a fabulous combination of flavors and textures. Then, we present the vegetables on a bed of freshly mashed guacamole and garnish it all with bright, crisp sunflower sprouts. Come on in for a vegetable plate the likes of which you’ve never before tasted.
