A last squeeze of grilled lemon and it’s ready to go!

Grilled Dover sole jetted over absolutely fresh from Holland stars in this incredibly fresh, flavorful dinner offering from Michael’s New York. A cornucopia of beautiful  autumn and winter vegetables, including butternut squash, heirloom carrots, Brussels sprout leaves, Romanesco cauliflower, and whatever else our farmers bring us fresh from Mother Nature perfectly complement the mild, delicate fish fillet.  A drizzle of basil oil and a char-grilled lemon provide the final bursts of flavor.
