We adore serving our version of the classic salade Niçoise to our guests at Michael’s New York, and they adore eating this combination of the very best ingredients. Beautiful mixed greens are crowned by sliced, boiled new potatoes, perfect hard-boiled egg halves, slices of seared ahi tuna,  sweet tomatoes, and fresh shavings of imported Parmesan cheese.
