This hamachi preparation from the kitchen of Michael’s New York is simple perfection, if we do say so ourselves! Of course our hamachi (aka, yellowtail) is world-class, so we set it center-stage, jazzing it up with the support of fresh, bright, pure flavors: pickled jalapeño rings, tiny diced bell peppers, and bright orange salmon roe, plus a splash of yuzu vinaigrette and a sprinkling of black and white sesame seeds.
