Of course, we start with the highest-quality  Jidori chicken, and then we coat it with the most subtly sweet waffle batter before giving it a dip in the deep-fryer. You won’t believe how delicious these succulent, crispy, golden-brown nibbles are—especially after we drizzle them with Bourbon-Aged maple syrup and add a light dusting of chile salt.
