Mind-blower alert! Our chefs took it to the next level with this amazing lunch or dinner starter: lobster crostini. We begin with freshly baked sourdough, which we delicately toast. Then, we cover that heavenly slice with huge chunks of fresh Maine lobster, a creamy beurre blanc, and our quickly pickled jalapeños for a touch of perfect, spicy, biting contrast. Of course, we garnish with chives. Order for the table and be prepared to share.
