Sonoma Duck Breast

Looking for something special for dinner at Michael’s Santa Monica? Something out of the ordinary, extremely autumnal, and delightfully rich and savory? Order the duck and thank us later! Our duck breast comes from Sonoma Valley. We cook it to perfection, yielding juicy, tender meat and crispy golden-brown skin. Then, we slice the boneless breast and serve it atop a bed of Puy lentils and wilted Bloomsdale spinach. A quince paste and basil mostarda, providing an ideal tart-sweet-pungent contrast to the rich and earthy flavors.
