Oyster Flight

We love oysters. They’re indulgent and sexy, light yet packed with a flavor-punch. Our guests love them, too. We offer the freshest varieties, always changing based on what is available, in season, and the most divine. This week’s oyster flight at Michael’s New York includes Shibumi, Malpeque, and Hurricane Island babies that are fresh from the sea to your plate. We present them with a wedge of lemon and a ramekin of sauce mignonette that we’ve been enjoying alongside oysters for more than a decade. The flavors are perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious.
