A Perfect Omelet for Summer at Michael’s New York

A perfect omelet takes form in a well-seasoned omelet pan.

Omelets are a perennial favorite of the breakfast regulars at Michael’s New York. And our guests continue ordering them right through lunchtime, too. This summer, we’re offering an omelet filled with roasted red bell peppers and Parmesan cheese on our lunch menu. But that delicious seasonal option doesn’t mean the requests don’t keep coming into the kitchen for all sorts of personal favorites, including omelets filled with spinach, cheddar cheese, cubed honey-glazed baked ham, and grilled chicken breast. Of course, we are always happy to oblige—and indulge. Come on in and enjoy your own omelet, whether it’s on the menu or off the top of your head!
