Enter the Michael’s New York Kitchen

August 3, 2012

It’s an absolute treat to visit the kitchen of Michael’s New York—to come in and watch this well-oiled machine at work. The stations are set and prepped and then lunch begins. Orders start coming in and delicious dishes of absolutely beauty stream out. The professional-level communication and skill on display are truly amazing.  These chefs know what they’re doing and their prep, skills, and timing are magical to watch. Have a look at these behind-the-scenes pics:

The line.

The sashimi and seafood appetizer station, perfectly prepped and ready to go.

The Cobb and Niçoise salad zone. And boy, does the guy manning this station work!

Pots and pans at the ready.
