Want to indulge? Have we got the bar bite for you! Michael’s Santa Monica executive chef John-Carlos Kuramoto has dreamed up the most incredible pizza, one we are thrilled to offer, along with our farm-to-glass mixology program, in our bar and lounge. We top the thinly rolled-out dough with garlic cream, smokey, crispy bacon, burrata, and a whole duck egg that cooks sunny side up in the oven’s heat. It all adds up to one of the most imaginative pizzas out there. Enjoy this perfect combination of ingredients. But remember: Everyone with you is going to want a slice, so you might consider ordering more than one.
