Springtime for meat lovers!

The tender, juicy, meaty, flavorful Kurobuta pork chops we get from Snake River Farms in Idaho are among our guests’ most popular main-course choices at Michael’s Santa Monica. This time around, we’re highlighting the freshest spring-into-summer produce from the farmers’ market in this gorgeous seasonal presentation of the perennial favorite. We serve the seared pork with a sauté of peewee potatoes, white corn kernels, shimeji mushrooms, and green garlic tastes as vividly delicious as it looks beautiful. A garlic cream sauce pulls the whole thing together. Trust us: You want this for dinner.
