Four times the fun!

This dessert, a riff from Michael’s New York pastry chef Diane Carrasquillo on a classic Australian and New Zealand dessert of fruit-filled meringue, is a dream…or, you might say, a dreamsicle.  It’s whimsical and nostalgic, and one bite is sure to make you smile. Remember that orange-and-vanilla Creamsicle you used to enjoy on hot Summer days straight off the ice cream truck? We’ve updated it and made it into a delicious, creamy ice cream that we serve with our deconstructed Pavlova, consisting of a lemon curd-filled meringue sandwich, fresh seasonal berry compote, and that amazing ice cream. Enjoy the beautiful combination of sweet flavors and seductive textures. It’s an absolutely divine must-try.
