Grilled Pizza with Goat Cheese and Prosciutto

This grilled pizza from the kitchen of Michael’s New York has a smoky, woodsy flavor that will drive you wild. Creamy, fresh goat cheese melts into the delicious, thin, crispy crust, providing the perfect base for  delightful toppings. Of course we had to include our favorite Parma prosciutto, imported from Italy, divinely salty, sweetly meaty, and absolutely heavenly with in tandem with that cheese. Just before it arrives at your table, we add fresh arugula leaves from the farmers’ market and a quick drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil to make all the flavors and textures sing in perfect harmony.
