We are definitely in celebration mode at Michael’s Santa Monica—celebrating all things green that the spring harvest provides. This asparagus risotto abounds with seasonal personality, thanks to Zuckerman Farms asparagus and a super-fresh salsa verde flavoring the tender, chewy, creamy rice.
