New Season, New Lobster Presentation

You know you want it (and so will everyone else).

Our chefs have a special seasonal way with lobster presentations, and this season’s version from Executive Chef John-Carlos Kuramoto and his team at Michael’s Santa Monica is no exception. Meaty chunks of perfectly cooked Maine lobster mingle with absolutely divine house-made ricotta gnocchi. Meyer lemon and a creamy Fontina Mornay sauce pull it all together, and micro-basil provides a beautiful, delicate, flavorful garnish. Trust us: If you order this, your dining companions will demand a taste. So consider yourself warned—and maybe order an extra for the table!
