It’s Classic Micahel’s…

Our regulars love this menu staple from the kitchen of Michael’s New York, which we spiff up for the season with fresh Brussels sprout leaves from the farmers’ market. We take gorgeous fresh lobster tail from Maine and complement it with Sauce Americaine, which Executive Chef Kyung Up Lim has brought to beyond silky, rich, dreamy perfection. Then, we garnish the seafood with mache, crispy potatoes, chives, and thinly sliced ice radishes. And did we mention that the plate also includes pan-seared ricotta gnocchi? The combination will blow you away!
