Rack of Lamb + Goat Cheese Polenta

We adore the Ellensburg Lamb Rack we source, and our guests do, as  well.  We grill it to perfection and serve it with our impossibly creamy and flavorful Goat Cheese Polenta.  Baby Sprouting Broccoli, Feta, and Pomegranate come together to compliment these incredible peices of meat.  A Rosemary Jus, because isn’t rosemary so perfect with lamb, is spooned over the already tender meat.  Enjoy!
