Spring’s Finest Favas and Peas

Green, greener, greenest!

Fava beans and fresh peas are two of the most precious gifts of springtime. We celebrate their sweet mild flavor in this delightful side dish from the kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica. Valdivia Farms fava beans and English peas are delicately sautéed with garlic, and we then grate a delightful, earthy Spanish Manchego cheese over the whole thing. Eating your greens never tasted so sweet.
