Kale is the big thing among green vegetables right now—and with good reason. It’s packed with great nutrients and absolutely delicious. Our kale salad from the kitchen of Michael’s New York offers the freshest take on kale in a beautiful springtime presentation. Baby vegetables fresh from upstate farmers mingle with toasted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds) and the gorgeous, dark-green kale. Imported pecorino cheese from Italy and toasted breadcrumbs provide the perfect earthy garnishes, and we splash on a fresh, light lemon vinaigrette. You will love it!
