Not your everyday Brussels sprouts.

These Brussels sprouts are something completely new. Fresh leaves mingle with slices of apple and fennel for a refreshingly light, sweet, and tangy combination—and goat cheese contributes the perfect hit of creaminess.  A cranberry sauce made from fresh berries and a bracingly vinegary dressing bring together all the elements in perfect harmony.
