Lobster, oh lobster, how we do love your rich, sweet meat! This lobster dish from Executive Chef John-Carlos Kuramoto and his team in the kitchen at Michael’s Santa Monica is totally fresh, bright, and new. A fresh couscous salad provides the bed for gorgeous chunks of fresh Maine lobster meat. The presentation is studded with ruby-red pomegranate seeds and segments of Oro Blanco grapefruit, and then anointed with a divine rosemary-coriander vinaigrette. You’ll find it perfect for lunch or dinner.
