Gulf Shrimp and Avocado

Tastes like springtime!

When the kitchen at Michael’s New York gets in such gorgeous fresh shrimp from the Gulf, well, we’ve just got to do something spectacular with them. We grill the shrimp to plump, tender, sweet perfection, then serve them with a fresh salad of avocado, grapefruit, and cilantro. Pulling it all together is a delightfully spicy horseradish aioli. The result: a perfect eye-opener for spring!
