Steak and Fries

A perfectly classic dinner, don't you think?

Steak and fries: Does this combination ever get old?  Inspired by a culinary tradition that spans cuisines, from the classic French bistro’s “steak frites” to the offerings of an all-American steakhouse, we have turned prime beef and fried potatoes into a Michael’s classic. The kitchen at Michael’s Santa Monica starts with the highest-quality 28-day dry-aged New York steak and perfectly grills it to order, so it comes to the table exactly as you like it. We pair it with our shoestring potatoes, fried to superb crispness, plus a little mache to add some eye-catching greenery and bright, fresh flavor. Be warned: Your tablemates will be reaching across to grab some of your fries!
