We love color and flavor!

Pickled jalapeño, tiny dice of bell pepper, rosy pearls of salmon roe, and the freshest tasting yuzu vinaigrette join together to highlight gorgeous pieces of the highest-quality hamachi sashimi available. We are so thrilled with the way this dish comes together. It’s a feast for the eyes and the palate—light, bright, and absolutely Michael’s!
