So beautiful and delicious…but going, going, gone!

Nantucket Bay scallops are a Michael’s New York favorite, especially because they’re available for just a fleeting time. Every year since our restaurant’s inception, we’ve been making the most of this delicacy—and our guests have come to look forward to the appearance on our menu of these beautiful, sweet scallops, and to the many brilliant ways our kitchen team prepares them. We simply prepare these final scallops of the season as a crudo to showcase their tender texture and natural sweetness. Meyer lemon, grapes, and a touch of horseradish highlight this divine seafood. Better hurry if you want these—they’ll be available for only one more week!
