Enjoy them while you still can!

We pine all year for Nantucket Bay scallops, and have certainly been enjoying them this year. But the window is quickly closing on their seasonal availability, and one of the ways we’re serving them right now at Michael’s New York is one of our favorites: a rapid sauté enriched with sweet cream, toasted pine nuts, and a generous scattering of fresh herbs. Come and get ’em!
