Your know those moments when you simply need pasta? And not just any pasta, but light-as-a-feather, fresh, homemade, hand-cut pappardelle?  Our kitchen team at Michael’s Santa Monica offers you Wisconsin veal ragu with beautiful pappardelle, rainbow chard, and freshly shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano. The sauce is light yet rich, absolutely perfect with the lovely, pillowy noodles. The sharp, salty, nutty-tasting cheese  balances the dish perfectly. Go ahead: Love your dinner tonight!
