How beyond gorgeous is this starter from the kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica?  Be prepared to share, because your table mates will demand bites. Executive chef John-Carlos Kuramoto studs this winter risotto with an assortment the freshest winter vegetables from the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. If that weren’t enough, before each portion of the risotto leaves the kitchen, it is garnished with a vibrantly flavorful, rustic salsa verde, and then adds a generous shower of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
