Winter Ravioli Appetizer

Plump, creamy, and flavored with sage and hazelnuts.

Executive Chef Kyung Up Lim’s sweet-potato-and-mascarpone ravioli is always one of our favorites at Michael’s New York. It so beautifully straddles the line between sweet and savory that we always end up devouring the whole plate—even when we’re sharing more than 30 plates at a menu tasting. He smothers the incredibly light ravioli with a sage-infused brown butter sauce. Hazelnuts, toasted to bring out their incredibly earthy flavor, add the perfect final bit of crunch.
