Organic Scottish salmon seared to perfection is exactly what we want for dinner sometimes at Michael’s New York, especially when it’s paired with our savory, creamy, pungent mustard sauce. The fish is mild yet buttery-rich in flavor and texture, and we can’t stop ourselves from lapping up every last delicious drop of the sauce. Red cabbage, salsify, and cauliflower florets harmonize beautiful with the seafood and sauce. Enjoy this when you want a simple, light, beautiful, and satisfying dinner.
