Bar Bites: Mini Korean Taco!

Want something out-of-this-world delicious? Try this exquisite taco executive chef (and native Korean) Kyung Up Lim devised. It’s filled with kalbi-marinated hanger steak, pickled cucumbers and carrots, Korean red pepper paste sauce (gochujang), sesame seeds, Hass avocado, and garnishes of cilantro, sour cream, scallion, and radish—all piled on a white corn tortilla. Fold it to pick it up and eat it by hand, or use a knife and fork if you prefer. Either way, it is absolutely divine! Thank you, Kyung!
