Elegant Molten Chocolate Cake

Beautiful presentation!

This intense little rendition of chocolate cake from the dessert menu at Michael’s Santa Monica is refined and elegant. We’ve been tweaking the recipe for nearly three decades now to come up with what we consider the perfect take on  this molten confection. Even better, we add a scoop of house-made vanilla-bean ice cream, a creamy milk chocolate sauce, a flourish of raspberry coulis, and a selection of fresh Harry’s Berries from the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. Just imagine personally customizing every bite. You’ve just got to try this!
