Want something fresh, flavorful, comforting, and delicious? Skate lightly dredged with cornmeal and sautéed to golden perfection is the centerpeice of this seafood extravaganza from the kitchen of Michael’s New York. Then, we garnish it with a generous topping of flavorful fresh salad combining  mussels, calamari, and crunchy celery. A fine bouillabiase surrounds the skate to complete a perfectly, differently delightful main course.
