Pizza, Bar Bites-Style

Do you fancy a topping of prosciutto, arugula, and tiny tomatoes?

How about caramelized onions and roasted mushrooms, plus melted mozzarella?

The kitchen of Michael’s Santa Monica has been turning out these delightful variations on classic thin-crust pizza for the Bar Bites menu in our cocktail lounge, and our guests absolutely adore them. These little pizzas always hit the spot, with toppings like a combo of  peppery arugula, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and imported prosciutto; or earthy roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions. Try them with one of our fabulous seasonal farm-to-glass cocktails.
