Bar Bites: Korean Fried Chicken!

A Korean inspiration for the Michael's New York Bar Bites menu.

We are so lucky to have Executive Chef Kyung Up-Lim creating our menus each season at Michael’s New York. For gems like this Korean Fried Chicken, served as a Bar Bite to complement the creative new cocktail program designed by master mixologist Michael Flannery. Chickens wings, with all their delicious meat pushed down to one end like a savory lollipop, are fried until crispy and glazed with a classic Korean condiment called gochujang, and then sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. The resulting wings are spicy, savory, crackling, succulent, and absolutely delicious! Thank you, Kyung!
