Fig + Burrata + Prosciutto = Heaven

Check out out those gorgeous Thai Basil leaves.

This is an appetizer the whole table will want to share (you may need 2!) and everyone will love.  It’s so simple and yet the quality of the products and the beautiful harmony of flavors, make it one of the most enjoyable.  Fresh Burrata, Figs from the Farmers’ Market, imported Italian prosciutto, and delicate leaves of wild arugula and Thai basil are drizzled with a delicate stream of our aged Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  A sprinkle of salt and everything comes together perfectly.  It’s a no-brainer.  Delicious, simple, fresh and elegant.
