Could this win the title of "Prettiest Pasta in the World"?

We’re right in the heart of the fresh chanterelle mushroom season right now. Gorgeous late-season heirloom cherry tomatoes are still coming through the kitchen door at Michael’s Santa Monica. And we can always rely on the spectacular, peppery-tasting baby arugula our local growers provide. That’s all the inspiration Executive Chef John-Carlos Kuramoto needed to come up with a spectacular pasta special, combining that colorful, flavorful produce with ribbons of tender, house-made fettuccine and a simple lemon-garlic butter sauce. The result is not only delicious but also pretty as a picture—but a picture so irresistible it will quickly disappear before your eyes.
