Crunchy, fresh, colorful, and delicious!

Being so simple, a great Greek salad relies upon the unsurpassed quality of its ingredients—and you know we go all out to get only the finest. The kitchen at Michael’s Santa Monica combines sun-ripened heirloom tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, salty-tangy feta cheese, and–for a California twist, cubes of watermelon! Then, we toss it all with fresh greens including arugula, and a fresh oregano vinaigrette, plus  garlic croutons that we lovingly make from crusty sourdough, garlic, olive oil, and sea salt.  handmade out of crusty sourdough bread, garlic, olive oil and sea salt. The results are absolutely divine, a perfect start to a great dinner or a delightfully light lunch.
